Antler Bay is nearly 1700 acres. There is a 8500 sq. ft main lodge, a 1450 sq. ft bunkhouse, and a 5800 building with shop, office, storage and deer processing area. There is also a cabin or warming house located on the property.

The main lodge offers gorgeous views of the St. Mary's river. It can be heated with gas or wood. There is a gourmet kitchen and a main floor master suite. There is an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Upstairs has two additional master suites. Lower level has walk out from the family room.
Antler Bay has 3 lakes. One is stocked with fish and the others are perfect for duck hunting. There are more than 450 whitetail deer and many blinds and feeders. 1600 acres of land perfect for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, and nature watching.
